By accessing, browsing, or using status: 200 | uploads ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at status200uploads.com, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and status: 200 | uploads. By creating an account, connecting a social media account, uploading media, scheduling or publishing posts, or using our API, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

2. Description of Service

status: 200 | uploads is a social media automation platform that enables users to schedule, manage, and publish content across multiple social media platforms from a single interface. The Service includes:

• Multi-platform content scheduling and automated publishing to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads
• Media file management including upload, storage, and organization of images and videos
• Social media account connection and management via OAuth authorization
• A REST API for programmatic access to posting and media management features
• Subscription-based plans with varying feature limits and capabilities
• Dashboard analytics and post history tracking

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, and access tokens
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Social Media Platform Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. By connecting your social media accounts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you publish through our Service complies with the respective platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. status: 200 | uploads does not review or moderate content before publishing and is not responsible for content that violates any platform's policies.

5. User Responsibilities and Content

You agree to the following responsibilities when using the Service:

• You are solely responsible for all content you upload, schedule, and publish through the Service, including text, images, videos, captions, hashtags, and metadata
• You must have the legal right to use and distribute all content you upload, including ownership of or a valid license for any copyrighted material
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of each connected social media platform
• You must not use the Service to post illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
• You must not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or misleading information
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• You must not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service
• You must properly declare branded content and AI-generated content where required by platform policies
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys

6. API Usage Terms

status: 200 | uploads provides a REST API for programmatic access to posting and media management features. By using the API, you agree to the following:

• API access is authenticated via API keys generated within your account dashboard. Each API key is unique and tied to your account
• API keys must be kept confidential. Do not expose API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or any publicly accessible location
• API usage is subject to rate limits and daily post limits determined by your subscription plan
• All API requests are logged for security, billing, and compliance purposes, including endpoint, method, IP address, user agent, request/response data, and response time
• We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or revoke API access for misuse, excessive load, or violation of these Terms
• You must not use the API to facilitate any activity that violates these Terms or any applicable platform's policies
• API availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or response times for API endpoints

7. Media Upload and Storage

The Service allows you to upload, store, and manage media files (images and videos) for use in scheduled posts. By uploading media, you agree to the following:

• Uploaded media must not contain illegal, malicious, or infringing content
• Supported file formats include JPEG, PNG, WebP (images) and MP4, MOV, WebM (videos)
• File size limits are enforced per platform: images up to 20 MB, videos up to 4 GB depending on the target platform
• Media files are stored in cloud storage and may be automatically deleted after a retention period or upon account termination
• You retain all intellectual property rights to your uploaded content. By uploading media, you grant status: 200 | uploads a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your media solely for the purpose of providing the Service
• We do not claim ownership over any content you upload. This license terminates when you delete your media or close your account

8. Subscriptions and Payments

status: 200 | uploads offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Whop, a third-party payment processor.

• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Whop to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle
• Subscription prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan until payment is resolved
• We do not store your credit card details. All payment information is handled securely by Whop

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, functionality, documentation, and branding, is owned by status: 200 | uploads and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced in the Service (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, Google, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and Whop) are the property of their respective owners. status: 200 | uploads is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

10. Token Authorization and Revocation

When you connect a social media account, you authorize status: 200 | uploads to obtain and store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens on your behalf. These tokens allow the Service to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions you granted during the authorization flow.

• Access tokens may be automatically refreshed to maintain your connection without requiring you to re-authorize
• You may disconnect any social media account at any time from within the Service, which will revoke our stored tokens
• You may also revoke access directly through each platform's account settings (e.g., Google Account permissions, TikTok authorized apps, Facebook app settings, LinkedIn Permitted Services, Pinterest Apps)
• If a token expires or is revoked and cannot be refreshed, your connection status will be updated and you will need to re-authorize

11. Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from using the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any automated data collection, scraping, or harvesting of the Service or connected platforms beyond what the API explicitly supports
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, subscription restrictions, or other technical limitations
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk messages
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates the community guidelines or terms of service of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Threads

12. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice
• Changes to third-party platform APIs may affect Service functionality. We are not responsible for changes made by TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook/Threads), YouTube/Google, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Whop that impact our Service
• Scheduled posts may fail to publish due to platform API errors, token expiration, content policy violations, or other issues beyond our control
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your stored media, scheduled posts, and account data may be permanently deleted
• OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts will be revoked
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled and no further charges will be made
• API keys will be deactivated

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@status200uploads.com. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

status: 200 | uploads does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) any errors in the Service will be corrected; or (d) posts scheduled through the Service will be successfully published on any third-party platform.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STATUS 200 UPLOADS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages resulting from the conduct of any third party on the Service
• Damages resulting from posts failing to publish, being published incorrectly, or being removed by a third-party platform
• Damages resulting from changes to third-party APIs or platform policies

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless status: 200 | uploads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right; (d) content you upload, publish, or distribute through the Service; or (e) your violation of any social media platform's terms of service or community guidelines.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with and relies upon third-party services including but not limited to TikTok (ByteDance), Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.), YouTube (Google LLC), X/Twitter (X Corp.), LinkedIn (LinkedIn Corporation/Microsoft), Pinterest (Pinterest, Inc.), Whop (Whop, Inc.), and Supabase. These integrations are subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies. status: 200 | uploads is not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of any third-party services.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to the address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
